Reiki is a energy healing technique whereby life force energy is channelled through the practitioner into the clients body, in order to activate the natural healing processes of the body, and restore physical and emotional well-being.
​
This treatment is done fully clothed with Reiki music playing in the background. You will be able to relax, while I gently place my hands in various positions on your head and body letting the energy flow. I like to incorporate techniques from Kinesiology, Reflexology and massage when I feel guided. This treatment can also be combined with Gong (25 min hands-on reiki, followed by 20 min gong bath).

Hi, I'm Rachel, co-founder of Earth Camp and owner of Reiki-Flow.
​
As well as running EC, I have been working in the hospital as a Registered Nurse since 2009 and a massage therapist since 2019. I have a particular interest in complimentary therapies and energy work, which I have been passionate about since 2008.
​
I am trained in full body massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. I bring skills gained through Jing advanced massage course, Kinesiology Association at Foundation level and the energetic connection of Usui and Seikhem Reiki; Shamanic Munay-Ki Rites; Pranic; Theta and Sound healing. I am also a practitioner of newer consciousness work; Pellowah and Umana, which i can also send distantly.

I work intuitively, for the highest and best treat, for your mind, body and spirit.
The Gong has the ability to raise the vibration of the physical body and create shifts, while taking you on a relaxing sacred journey.
Gong Song Duet sound baths are held outside most Saturday afternoons, at Earth Camp. There is also the opportunity to have a sound bath after the guided meditation with Katarina, on the 1st Saturday of every month.

Umana and Pellowah
Pellowah an energy technique, originated from Kachina Ma’an, a spiritual teacher in Australia 2003. It is said to connect all 12 strands of DNA, ready for activation. By unblocking and realigning all the meridians within the body, it gives a feeling of well-being and connection, which allows for a Radical Shift in Consciousness.
Pellowah is a hands off treatment, where the client just rests on the bed, in a silent, eyes closed meditative state.

The Umana Technique, also from Kachina Ma'an, followed in late 2023. This "Evolutionary Engineering" technique works on the 8th-12th chakras, to facilitate deep healing and personal growth.
Umana is delivered in a similar manner to Reiki, where practitioner places hands on various points of clients body, while the client rests listening to music (eyes open or shut).
You may feel emotional after energy treatments, this is okay, as it is part of the cleansing.​

A 50% deposit is required to secure your treatment. Refunds can be made, if cancelled more than 24 hours before your appointment. Balance payments and on the day bookings, can be paid on site by cash or card.
