GONG SONG DUET
With Rachel (Reiki Flow) and Ali Oakwood
We invite you to enjoy a deeply resonant sound healing, while connecting with nature at our beautiful outside venue,
This Gong Song Duet brings the sublime sonic healing tones of Rachel’s Heart gong ‘Layla’, singing in harmony with Ali’s Symphonic gong ‘Gloria’ to help you relax, restore and release.
Various chimes and other instruments may also be used.
These sessions begin with breathwork and relaxation and are around 45 mins long
We will provide yoga mats for you to relax on, bring your own blanket/pillow for your comfort.
This is a new weekly group offering for campers and local people.*
