Cancellations and changes to your booking

• If you wish to amend your booking then we ask that you contact us as early as possible. Subject to availability and the notice you have given us (options detailed below), amendments or cancellations to your booking can be made, subject to an administration charge of £20 (per pitch). The administration charge will be waived if we are forced to cancel your booking for any reason. Booking refers to camping, campervans, bell tents, yoga and any other events run by Earth Camp (e.g. Yoga Retreats).

• 60 days or more prior to arrival date - We will be happy to refund you in full for your stay, subject to a £20 administration fee per pitch. Alternatively, we can re-arrange your booking to a different date within the season for a £20 admin fee, subject to availability.

• 30-60 days prior to arrival date - Earth Camp will be happy to re-arrange your booking, subject to availability, within the same booking season (subject to a £20 admin fee per pitch).

• Less than 30 days before arrival - Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund this late, or to amend your booking, and no refund or voucher can be offered in these circumstances.

• If due to unavoidable reasons we are forced to cancel your booking, we will offer you an alternative booking, or your money back in full.

​

• All balances and charges in respect to your booking must be paid for in full before arrival on site.

​

• Treatments need to be booked in advance via a 50% deposit, payable to Earth Camp. Deposit can be repaid if cancelled more than 24 hours before your appointment.
